We are 100% Customer driven Our Business Development Specialists, Account Managers and Client Support Specialists are all consultants who are focused on helping you identify the results you need from your conferencing experiences, and on identifying the solutions most able to produce those results.
But that's not the end of the story. We also offer significant support by providing you with training on the use of the technology, in addition to application-related tips for maximizing the experience. We promote the highest quality service and as such, our Account Managers are in frequent contact with every client, to make sure that changing and emerging communication and collaboration needs are being met in the most effective and economical manner.

| | VoIP Telephone System - We use VoIP because it is supported by individuals in offices not pollution driven vehicles!
Transportation - All but two of our staff either walk or use public transit to get to and from the office.
Lights Weather permitting - i.e. enough sunlight coming through the windows - we leave our office lights turned off.Computers & Other Electronic Equipment We work toward ensuring that everything that uses electricity is turned off and unplugged when not in use.
Invoices & Payments We offer our Customers eZBilling options with respect to their invoices and payments.
Recycling We recycle all paper, newspaper, cardboard, glass, and plastic. We also ensure that any hazardous waste is properly disposed of. |
