Meet Timmy Diep

Timmy Diep is the Senior Client Service Representative at Momentum Conferencing

Timmy has been working at Momentum Conferencing for 5 years. He has extensive experience working in the customer-service industry and is always looking for ways to improve his clients’ service and experience.

Timmy ensures that all of his customers are well taken care of. He is always patient when he listens to any questions or concerns and uses his comprehensive knowledge to assist them in any way he can. Without a doubt, Timmy cares about his clients and he will go out of his way to make sure they all have a rock star experience. It is no wonder that his favourite part of the job is finding the perfect conferencing solution that meets all of his client’s needs.

1. When you’re not working, what do you do for fun? (Hobbies, Activities, etc.)

I love walking along the seawall and enjoying everything our beautiful city has to offer.

2. Early bird or night owl?

I am an early bird person for sure.

3. How many cups of coffee do you drink each day?

Only one or Two…but sometimes three. 

4. What is your greatest fear? 

Paying taxes.

5. Dog person or cat person? (There is a right answer for this question)

I don’t like any pets.
